A young hatha yoga practioner that has received acreditation from the Sivananda School of Yoga and has spent some time in India to enhance his knowledge in this ancient art. He found Yoga to be miraculously beneficial for mental, physical and spiritual well being while helping to develop one's flexibility, stamina and strength, enhances concentration and improves overall health.

 

Excellent with students and takes the additional effort to train and guide during sessions to help students improve by each class.Most rewarding experience is when the students progresses well physically, mentally and emotionally through consistent practise of yoga.His classes maintains a good balance of flexibility & strength for overall wellness of his students.Capable of guiding students from beginners to intermediate and advance Yoga postures.

Our Teachers

As we have just commenced, we have 2 very experienced teachers for yoga and dance that has worked with us since we kicked off the classes. A brief description of these 2 teachers as follows.

Prakash Sharma

 

A dance choreographer with many organisations in Malaysia and India. Has been teaching for more than 15 years. Energetic, enthusiastic and friendly will be the 3 key highlights of his teachings.His students both the adults and children loves his energy and moves.

 

A talented choreographer specialising in Hip Hop, Bollywood - Zumba, Bhangra, Modern Dance and free style dancing. 

Trains the Vrnda All Stars dancing team that recently performed at My Vaisakhi Fest 2017, Malaysian Tourism Center at Jalan Ampang.
